The right turn lane from eastbound RM 620 to Deep Wood will be closed starting Thursday, June 22, 2017, for approximately four to six weeks as part of Williamson County’s project to widen RM 620 from Wyoming Springs to Deep Wood.  The contractor, Cox Commercial, intends for the right turn lane to be reopened to traffic prior to the beginning of the school year. This closure will occur only as the weather permits.  Closing the right turn lane provides a safe space between traffic and workers to construct the roadway widening of the existing pavement. Williamson County is hosting public open houses to share information and collect input on several corridors proposed for study. The open houses are from 5 to 7:30 p.m. The meetings are an open house format, allowing attendees to come and go at their convenience. There will be no alignments shown at these meetings. The purpose of the open houses is to receive input from the public and identify constraints. We will be using the information you provide at this open house to design the future alignment, so your input is invaluable. Information on the open houses can be found here.
