Groundbreaking for Inner Loop Safety Improvements Oct. 6

A groundbreaking will be held for improvements to S.E. Inner Loop on Friday, October 6, at 10 a.m. at the overflow parking area for the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, 1855 S.E. Inner Loop. The project will widen portions of Inner Loop to provide a right turn lane and left turn lane at Wilco Way, Rockride Lane, the Williamson County Animal Shelter, and Williamson County Central Maintenance Facility. Rodriguez Transportation Group and Bridgefarmer & Associates are the design engineers. Chasco Constructors is the contractor. The project is anticipated to be completed in Spring 2018 at a cost of $5.3 million.
